What is Ultra Pasteurization?
WHAT IS ULTRA PASTEURIZATION?

The only difference between conventional and ultra pasteurization is the temperature at which pasteurization takes place and the length of time the milk is held at that temperature. It involves no preservatives or additives.

WHAT IS ASEPTIC
The term aseptic means that, due to the advanced technology of the packaging, the sterile product inside of the container can be stored at ambient temperatures and not need chilling or refrigera- tion until readied for consumption.
